Yúnshān started as a question: why does one of China's most distinctive coffee-growing regions rarely get named on the bag? We roast small batches, credit the farm behind every lot, and pay above commodity price for it.
Mission
Direct trade, named farms
We buy whole lots directly from cooperatives in Baoshan, Pu'er, and Dehong — never blended, never anonymised. Every bag carries the region and elevation it grew at.
It's a small operation by design: we roast to order in batches under 12kg, so what you receive was picked, dried, and roasted within the same season.

Fixed prices agreed with cooperatives before harvest, set above the regional commodity benchmark.

Every bag names its region, elevation, and process — never an anonymous blend.
Roasted to order
Small batches, roasted within 48 hours of shipping, in valve-sealed bags.
